Mr. Schrier has been a highly successful lawyer and litigator in Florida for more than two decades. He graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, with a degree in psychology in 1983 and then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1986. He began practicing law that same year and during the next few years, worked at two law firms, rising to become a partner in each.

Mr. Schrier's practice is devoted to matters of plaintiff's negligence and first party insurance litigation for Orthopedic Surgeons, Neurologists, Chiropractors, MRI and other diagnostic testing centers, patients, and various medical practitioners. Over the past 23 years, he has been effective in collecting millions of dollars for his clients.

Mr. Schrier has provided and continues to provide free legal services for clients who are financially unable to obtain competent counsel. He has developed especially close ties to the Haitian community in Florida and is a well known guest on Haitian-oriented talk and radio shows in the Miami area.

Mr. Schrier is active in the community and lends his time to various causes. He is a contributing member of the Elite Insurance Litigation Group, an organization dedicated to identifying unethical practices by insurance providers, and he is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He has participated in raising funds for and awareness of the American Cancer Society.

 Mr. Kuczenski joined the firm of Paul K. Schrier, P.A., in 2002 to assist in managing the Personal Injury Protection (no-fault) insurance litigation division. 

He graduated cum laude from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, with a Bachelor's degree in political science and international affairs in 1995. While David was attending Florida State, he also worked in the Florida Legislature for seven years, including working for a State Senator. While working in the Florida Legislature, he learned the procedures of lawmaking.

David left Tallahassee to study law at Nova Southeastern University School of Law, in Fort Lauderdale, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2000. He began practicing law that same year, and has concentrated his practice on advocating for the interests of those less fortunate.

He appears before Judges in South Florida on a near daily basis, and he is in trial frequently throughout the year. He has earned the respect of several judges by endlessly preparing and carefully applying legal reasoning to support his client's positions.

As an attorney, Mr. Kuczenski's practice is devoted to matters of recovering money for persons injured from the negligent acts of others and first party insurance litigation for Orthopedic Surgeons, Neurologists, Radiologists, Chiropractic Physicians, MRI providers, various medical practitioners and patients.

Mr. Kuczenski aggressively protects the interests of insurance consumers from pre-suit stage through procedural issues with Florida's no-fault insurance law. He has provided and continues to provide pro bono legal services for clients who are financially unable to obtain competent counsel.

Mr. Kuczenski remains active in the community despite his hectic schedule and lends his time to various causes. He is a member of The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, The Democratic National Committee, and The American Civil Liberties Union.
